About the Event
In this 5-week virtual class you will get weekly self-paced lessons that help you learn about the birthing process, relaxation and comfort measures, your rights in childbirth, doula support and more. Every week you and your class will connect for two hours to discuss the topics, build community, prepare for postpartum and learn from each other. There is a class in the months of: August, September, October and November.
