About
The Early Intervention Services program is designed to identify and support infants and toddlers who have developmental delays or are at risk of developing them. By focusing on five key areas—physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive skills—the program ensures children receive specialized care during their most critical years of growth. Every eligible family is partnered with a dedicated care coordinator who facilitates evaluations, develops personalized support plans, and assists in the eventual transition to preschool or other community programs.
