Habitat for Humanity Maui

Habitat for Humanity Maui empowers underserved residents by providing a "hand up" into homeownership through affordable, zero-interest mortgages. Serving families earning between 25% and 80% of the Maui County area median income (AMI), the program focuses on long-term stability and wealth-building. Beyond new construction, the Maui affiliate is deeply involved in preserving the existing housing stock through its "A Brush with Kindness" program, which provides critical safety repairs and retrofits for kūpuna and homeowners with disabilities.
