PACT: Early Intervention & Family Strengthening

Comprehensive programs that help families keep keiki safe from harm by breaking the cycle of abuse and neglect. As one of several social service providers contracted by Child Welfare Services, we offer home visits, supportive counseling, parental education and case management services for at-risk keiki and families in crisis.
