Susannah Wesley Community Center

Susannah Wesley Community Center is a non-profit human services agency that provides a wide safety net for Honolulu’s most diverse neighborhoods. By offering culturally responsive programs in multiple languages (including Chuukese and Ilokano), the center addresses the immediate needs of families in crisis while fostering long-term self-sufficiency. From distributing emergency food and diapers to hosting GED programs and kupuna wellness activities, SWCC serves as a vital community hub where neighbors can find support, dignity, and a pathway to a better future.
