YWCA Hawaiʻi Island

The YWCA of Hawaiʻi Island operates four core programs dedicated to community well-being: Healthy Families, developmental preschools, Teen Dating violence prevention, and Sexual Assault Support Services (SASS). Healthy Families offers free, confidential home visits to support new parents, while the preschool program focuses on the holistic cognitive and emotional growth of children from diverse backgrounds. For youth and adults, the organization provides critical education on healthy relationship boundaries and works through SASS to advocate for survivors while holding perpetrators accountable.
